helpful receptionist georgian features
The receptionist helped me understand the history of the building. She was helpful!!! the original georgian features added so much charm to my visit. i loved the jigsaw of different period buildings i spotted inside and out. it felt quite unique.

spacious room comfy beds tea tray
the ground floor room was spacious suiting my needs due to my recent knee injury. i found the beds lovely and comfy and i slept very well. the hotel provided a tea and coffee tray with a kettle that i used every morning. the wall dispensers offered hand soap and shower gel a convenient amenity.

comfortable bed free parking
The bed was really comfortable, and i slept well. The free car park was a great bonus. Parking can be difficult. The breakfast provided good value. Unlimited options were available.
I found the pillows to be TOO firm, which affected my sleep quality. I could have asked for alternative pillows, but i didn't realize it until late at night.

The room was spacious, and it had a large, comfortable bed. There was adequate space for luggage, and i appreciated having extra pillows available in the wardrobe. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable using the thermostat.

The hotel offers free parking, a significant advantage. The breakfast area was clean. it had a good selection of hot and cold items. There is a 24-hour front desk, and i found the staff helpful .
